Terms of Service

PropBox (the "Service") is operated in Israel by Tal Shimon Yazamut (טל שמעון יזמות), a registered exempt dealer (Osek Patur) ("we", "us"). By using the Service, including signing up and paying, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Hebrew version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. The Service

PropBox collects the receipts, resets, payouts and trading-software subscriptions you forward to it, extracts transaction details, sends renewal reminders and generates reports, including conversion to ILS at Bank of Israel representative rates.

2. No tax, financial or investment advice

The Service is an organizational tool only. It does not provide tax, accounting or investment advice or trading recommendations. You and your accountant are responsible for classification and reporting.

3. Data accuracy

Receipt and payout recognition is automated and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing data and reports before relying on them. Renewal reminders are a convenience only; cancelling or renewing accounts with prop firms is your responsibility.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity in your account.
• Only forward emails that are yours and that you are entitled to forward.
• Do not send spam or unlawful content, attempt to breach or overload the Service, or use it unlawfully.

5. Subscription and payment

• There is no free trial. Prices are ₪59 per month or ₪499 per year, as shown on the site at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. We will notify you before an annual renewal.
• Price changes apply only from your next renewal, with advance notice.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from the app settings or by emailing hello@getpropbox.com. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. After cancelling you can export your data until the end of your billing period.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may experience outages, maintenance and dependence on third-party providers such as email and hosting services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including trading losses, prop-firm charges, penalties or tax differences. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design and the PropBox brand belong to us. Your data and files belong to you, and you grant us permission to use them solely to provide the Service to you.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible.

11. Changes

If we update these Terms, the date at the top will change. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
